Video games are my main passion and I have been an avid gamer ever since I played Super Mario Bros. on the NES as a child. I particularly love the greatest video games company in the world, the Japanese video games giant Nintendo, whose amazing games and consoles have shaped my life. Though I should add that I'm not particularly fond of their current home console the Wii. While I do totally agree with the general philosophy (simplicity, accessibility, etc.), I'm afraid I don't really like the gimmicky motion controls. Miming and flailing is rather annoying, awkward, unresponsive, unintuitive and tiresome. But anyway, I'm still a huge Nintendo fan and I have built up quite a collection of Nintendo stuff over the years. Here is my collection. I should also add that the reason I haven't included any of my games is because annoyingly my older brother and I sold our NES, Super NES and Game Boy games at the time and while I've since bought them all back on Nintendo's Virtual Console service, I no longer have them in physical form (eBay would be too much of a slog for all of them) and I feel that a game collection without these classics is too incomplete to be worth showing. Wow that is awesome, may I ask what is your opinon on the up coming 3DS besides the 3d part? (people either hate or love 3D)

I'm super-excited about the 3DS, I can't wait to see it and get my hands on it. I don't actually have much of an opinion on 3D. As I'm not really a movie-goer, I haven't experienced any of the current 3D craze. But I guess that makes it all the more intriguing for me. Oddly enough though, the thing I'm most excited about is the simple fact that it will have Street Fighter IV, a game I've been pining for, but isn't currently available on Nintendo consoles.
